GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Product that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned. All Items are eligible for return and would be processed if conditions are met.

REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

  • Product wasn’t used or damaged

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to your BANK ACCOUNT and the following information is needed:

  • Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may request an exchange or refund, provided the item meets our Returns Policy.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Online orders must be returned by mail only to the designated return address.

  •  Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Submit a return request via the Contact Us page.

  • Provide details of the defect to expedite processing.

  • If confirmed defective, we will refund the item cost and applicable shipping fees.

  • Some brands may offer a repair service, which will be discussed if relevant.

  •  Incorrect or Unexpected Item

If your order includes an item that is:

  • Different from the description

  • Not fit for its intended purpose

  • The incorrect product

We will exchange or refund the item and cover any associated shipping costs.

  •  Incorrect Delivery Address

If an incorrect address was provided:

  • You may contact the carrier to request redirection.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
