1. Delivery Timing

We partner with various delivery providers to facilitate prompt shipments. While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery windows, exact arrival times cannot be assured. The following are the expected delivery durations based on the chosen shipping option:

• Regular Post – Approximately 5 business days from dispatch.

• Express Post – Expedited delivery within 2 business days from dispatch.

• Fast Delivery – A courier collects your order from our local  Warehouse store. Place your order by 3 PM for same-day delivery.

• Click & Collect – Pick up your order from your preferred our Warehouse store, usually ready within 4 hours.

While we strive to complete deliveries within the estimated timeframes, unforeseen delays beyond our control may occasionally occur. To monitor your order’s progress, please refer to the provided tracking details or visit the delivery partner’s website.

To check your order status in real time, log into your account. If there is a delay, please review your order status before reaching out to Customer Service.

2. Prescription Orders

Prescription orders require a valid prescription from an Australian-registered doctor. More details can be found on our Prescriptions page.

• Most prescription orders are dispensed and dispatched within one business day of receiving the script.

• Some prescriptions may require pharmacist consultation before being dispensed. If necessary, you will receive an email with further instructions.

• Once dispatched, prescription orders adhere to standard shipping timeframes. Ensure you allow enough time for delivery to avoid running out of medication.

• If mailing a paper prescription, factor in the time required for it to reach us.

3 Delivery Fees

• Regular & Express Post – Shipping fees are determined by the size, weight, and destination of your order. Modifications to your cart may influence the total postage and handling costs.

• Click & Collect – This service is complimentary; however, orders must be picked up within 7 days. If not collected, they will be cancelled, and refunds will be issued within 2-7 days.

• Fast Delivery – Offered in select locations. Orders from a nearby store are usually delivered within 3 hours, though delays may occur.

4 Free Shipping on Prescription Orders

Effective March 28, 2024, orders containing at least one prescription item qualify for free Regular Post via Australia Post.

• Offer applies to orders placed on www.discountonlinepharmacy.com.au for Australian delivery.

• Covers Schedule 4 medicines available online with a valid e-Script or paper script.

• Excludes Schedule 3 (Pharmacist-Only) medicines.

Orders that qualify will have the option for free Regular Post at checkout. Chemist Warehouse reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time. If a valid prescription is not received within 30 days, or if discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity arise, the order may be cancelled.

5. Delivery Process

For Regular and Express Post orders:

• Items are discreetly packaged in plain, unmarked boxes for privacy and security.

• Prescription medications require a signature upon delivery.

• If no one is available and no safe place is specified, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or leave a collection notice.

For Fast Delivery orders:

• If delivery is unsuccessful, the items will be sent back to the store. You will have 7 days to retrieve your order before it is cancelled.

• The delivery fee is non-refundable in such cases.
